Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promoter is Corio Village Shopping Centre.
3. Promotion commences Midday AEDT on Friday, August 28th, 2020 and entries close on Friday 4th September at 16:00 AEST (4pm).
4. Management, staff, and immediate family of stores at Corio Village are ineligible to enter. Management, staff, and contractors of RetPro Management are ineligible to enter.
5. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must nominate their ‘type’ of dad within the Facebook post for a chance to win.
6. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
7. The prize draw will take place in the Centre Management Office at Corio Village on Friday 4th of September 2020.
8. The winner does not have to be present at the draw to claim the prize.
9. Winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook where they submitted their entry. RetPro Management is responsible for advising the winner.
10. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
11. There is one prize to be won.
12. The prize winner will receive a maximum prize value of $150 RRP in product pending the ‘type’ of dad they choose or a voucher to use online.
13. The winner will be drawn randomly.
14. The judge’s decision is final.
15. The total value of the prize pool is $150. This amount is correct and accurate at the time of
printing and is subject to change.
